We hand press our burgers at the Rustic Barn Pub and our marinated chicken is grilled to order. If you prefer not to eat meat, try our vegan black bean burger. We make our black bean burgers from scratch on premises.
Everything from the grill comes with our homemade mac salad or coleslaw and fries.

At the Rustic Barn Pub our sandwiches are made with in house roasted turkey, hand carved ham, smoked on premises pork, brisket and pastrami.

BBQ is our specialty at the Rustic Barn Pub. We smoke all of our meat right here in Troy, NY. Our signature Rustic BBQ sauce is a big hit. Along with our mac and cheese, fish and chips, tacos, phillys!

We make our own pizza dough daily at the Rustic Barn Pub. Our homemade sauce recipe has been handed down for generations. We also make our own sausage and meatballs for our pizza toppings on premises, right here in Troy, NY!
